On April 2 (Saturday), we were honored to enjoy a morning walk on the Peak with H.E. Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche. The misty weather did not hinder our joyous atmosphere. It was still quite early when we completed one round of hike, so we went for another round.
As we passed by the park, Rinpoche asked that we all sit on the grass and meditate for a while. There, Rinpoche shared with us the secrets and instructions to meditation after which we meditated for 15 minutes. It was very relaxing for mind and body, and very beneficial for us all.
The exercise completed with a lunch gathering at a nearby restaurant.
